FAQ's

1. What is a GMA Pallet?

GMA
is an acronym for Grocery Manufacturers of America.  This is the
most common pallet in the industry and it is commonly referred to as a
Grocery Pallet.

2.  Our current vendor runs out of pallets at certain times during
the year.  Do you guarantee availability?

Yes,
we generally stock between 30 to 50 thousand GMA pallets year
round.  We will stock other sizes for you at our facility to ensure you do not
run out, provided we have a firm commitment from you.

3.  Do you pick up broken pallets?

Yes,
we are able to recycle most pallets and depending on size and
condition we can even pay for some.  In the event we cannot recycle
your pallets, we can usually dispose of them at a cost that is cheaper
than using the local refuse company.

4.  Can you match or beat my current supplier's pricing?

Possibly,
If you are a high volume pallet user, there is only a handful  of
reputable companies that would have the ability to service your account.
Our pricing will be very similar to what they are offering.  Often times you
will receive quotes that are lower and seem like a great deal.  These
companies often times do not have the ability or  equipment to handle
these types of accounts.  Please take the time to ask these questions, you
will save yourself a headache later.

  •  Ask for references
  •  Visit their facility
  •  Do they have adequate inventory?
  •  Do they have experience serving other high volume pallet users?
  •  How long have they been in business?
  •  Are their trucks and equipment reliable?
  •  Ask for proof of insurance (worker's comp & general liability)

5.  I only order less than 300 pallets at a time, can you still service
my account?

Yes,
in addition to 48 foot flatbed trailers and 53 foot Dry Vans, we also
have 27 foot flat bed delivery trucks to service these smaller accounts.
